Welcome to Go XL. These Terms form a binding agreement governing your use of the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Passenger” — a user who requests transportation.
• “Driver” — an independent provider who accepts ride requests.
• “Ride” — a trip arranged between a Passenger and a Driver.
• “Content” — materials available through the Services.

2. The Services & our role

Go XL is a technology platform connecting Passengers with independent Drivers.

Go XL does not provide transportation; Drivers are independent contractors.

3. Eligibility & your account

You must be 18+, provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure.

4. License & restrictions

We grant a limited personal-use license; misuse, copying and interference are prohibited.

5. Payments, fees & tips

Fares are charged automatically via Stripe at the end of each trip; tips are optional.

You authorize charges for fares, tips, tolls, surcharges and applicable fees.

6. Cancellations & refunds

A cancellation fee may apply if a Driver is en route; dispute charges within 30 days.

7. User conduct & safety

Treat others with respect and comply with all laws; violations may end your account.

8. Ratings & feedback

Passengers and Drivers rate each other; abusive content may be removed.

9. Third-party services

The Services rely on third parties (Stripe, Supabase, maps) with their own terms.

10. Intellectual property

Go XL owns the Services, brand and trademarks; no use of our branding without permission.

11. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind.

12. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited; Go XL is not liable for indirect damages, subject to law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Go XL for claims arising from your use or violations.

14. Governing law & dispute resolution

Florida law governs; contact us first, then disputes go to Orange County, FL courts.

15. Termination

Either party may end access; key provisions survive termination.
